Andy is in the relentless pursuit of impact – assessing every opportunity on its potential to drive impact at scale. He is Managing Director of Pearl Consulting Europe, a boutique social impact and sustainability consultancy and Certified B Corp. In addition to leading the company’s activities across EMEA, he looks after the firm’s B Corp and Supply Chain services globally.
Pearl Consulting helps organisations like Innocent drinks, Unilever, Microsoft, Facebook, Visa, Johnson & Johnson, Degroof Petercam, Oxfam and The World Bank accelerate their sustainability and impact journeys.
Prior to advising clients on their impact strategies, Andy spent nearly a decade at Skype and Microsoft in a variety of roles and teams. The last half of his career at Skype, Andy was Global Head of Social Good where the team developed innovative ways to achieve business objectives by leveraging the company’s technology, talent, community and reach to address social and environmental challenges.
