SWINK: Swink is an extraordinary internet agency that provides Online Marketing and Data Analytics services by unleashing the unique talents of people with autism.
We create high ranking online content and enable marketing departments to take data driven decisions with our tailor made Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
B Lab EU: Why did you decide to become a B Corp?
SWINK: We wanted to use the B Corp certification process as an assessment of what we are doing and to learn how we can improve.
Equally important, we regarded the B Corp network as relevant to get in touch with potential customers that are also on a mission to create social impact.
B Lab EU: What does being a B Corp mean to you?
SWINK: It means being part of a community of like minded people. Next to that, showing the world that it is possible to combine profit and social impact. Finally we regard B Corps as the front runners that set an example for the rest of the world.
B Lab EU: Have you seen business benefits of being a B Corp?
SWINK: Yes, it is easy to connect to like minded people in B Corp companies that want to create a positive impact by using business as a force for good. Triodos and Fairphone, for example, are customers of ours.

SWINK: To connect with existing and prospective B Corps, share and create new ideas and doing business.

SWINK: Our aim is to grow our business and create meaningful jobs for talented people with autism. By doing so we want to set an example that others can follow.
Our mission is to employ as many people with autism as possible. To do that we need a lot of help. New customers, joint venture opportunities and companies that want to follow our example.
Also, we need as many companies as possible to join the movement and, for sure, we want to be an example to them. So we’ll try to help the B Corp movement as much as we can, to get as far as possible.
