Thank you for confirming your participation as a speaker at ESDE 2025! We are delighted to welcome you to this prestigious event, which will take place from May 11th to May 13th at the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ in Amsterdam.

Your registration grants you a two-day (12 – 13 May) conference ticket, including access to the opening on Sunday evening following the Opening Ceremony and Welcome Reception. Your package also covers attendance at all sessions, beverages, lunches, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, and access to the exclusive speaker area at the Muziekgebouw aan ’t IJ.

Please note that the registration does not include travel expenses, evening meals, off-site activities, or the festive dinner party on Monday, May 12th. If you would like to attend the dinner party, you may register for it separately via this registration form.

Hotel Accommodation Policy:

Speakers from abroad: Two nights of accommodation will be provided.
Speakers from the Netherlands (outside Amsterdam): One night of accommodation will be
provided.
Speakers residing in Amsterdam: Accommodation is not provided.

Exhibitors: You are invited to join the complete conference at Muziekgebouw aan t’ IJ, meaning Monday 12th of May and Tuesday 13th of May. Buildup will take place on Sunday 11th of May from 18:00 onwards. You are free to join the Festive dinner party.

Upon confirming your registration as a speaker, we will count on your attendance. If unforeseen circumstances prevent your participation in the congress, please notify the secretariat in writing.
