ESDE Amsterdam 2025 Registration

Secure your spot at ESDE Amsterdam 2025 by registering early! Registration fees are including VAT. and payments can be made in Euros (€) via bank credit card, iDeal, bank transfer. Remember, your registration is only confirmed after receiving full payment by the corresponding deadline. Ensure to pay your Early Bird rate before the 15th of January. 

Registration Fees

ESDE Member

  • Early bird €475,- (until January 15th, 2025) – Exclusively for ESDE Members
  • Regular €575,- (from January 15th, 2025 onwards) – Exclusively for ESDE Members

Non Member

  • Regular €700

Health care professional in training, nurse & other health care professional (non-MD)

  • Regular €250

Your registration fee grants you a 2 day conference package plus the opening on Sunday, including all sessions, beverages, lunches, as well as morning and afternoon coffee breaks.

Please note that the registration fee does not cover travel expenses, overnight stays, dinners or off-site activities.

If we secure a sufficient room block at the Yotel, we will aim to arrange a shuttle service to and from Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ. We will update this as soon as this arrangement is confirmed via the website and newsletter.
